Last night during the Sunday Night Folk Festival segment of WHUS's Radiothon fund-drive, we heard from listeners from all around Connecticut, a few in Massachusetts, one in Bermuda, and one in Mexico (on vacation from Connecticut, in truth).
Some were long-time supporters and some were calling for the first time; some requested premiums and some did not; some will receive CDs, others photographs, some gift certificates. You can find out more at www.whus.org where descriptions / pictures / lists of these premiums can be found.
I had worried that we might be preempted by basketball next Sunday, but now it looks as if there will be a full show. If you didn't have the chance to call in last night, please do next week!
